CoHP: How did I get to this point

On my CoHP team one class is to blog about how I got to this point.

It took a long time and I still have a fer piece to go to get the body I want. I am a yoyo, because my will power comes and goes. Right now it is half way between, but I know I will prevail.

I can remember sitting on the couch watching an exercise program while eating a bag of chips...did it encourage me to drop the chips and get off my duff to workout? No, I sat there munching away.

I think it like they say of an alcoholic, you have to hit bottom and know you MUST do something, because you hate the person you are.

I'm doing regular daily exercises and trying to eat healthy, but could be better.
Trials come into play to take me away from my goal, but I work my way back eventually.

My friends here on SP help in a great way. They encourage, support and pray for and me. Can't beat that in friendship from people you've never met.

What is the saying I read recently....something about if you want compassion, you need to show compassion. Words to that affect. It make you feel good and you forger about your problems when you are thinking about someone else.
