Great Girls Night :)

Sunday, February 10, 2013

After a day of shopping and cleaning, I had a few of my girlfriends over for chicken tacos and games. We started off with a few rounds of Dance Central on the Xbox, ate, then played a few rounds of a board game. It was a great time and we had lots of laughs! emoticon

I did go over my calores and sodium for the day, but it has been a good week for me, so I wasn't too worried about it. And I ended up with a weight loss this morning afterall, emoticon

For me, I have to give in just a little to my cravings, at least once in a while. And also remember not to beat myself up, or worse yet, give up just because I do. I think I am finally learning that balance and moderation is a beautiful thing! emoticon

Happy Sunday!

Moderation is absolutely the key to all of this! You deserved the treat and you are back on your game today. I think that if we don't indulge in those special foods on occasion, we are setting ourselves up for failure. Congrats!

This is so great to hear that you have found that balance! I am struggling with that right now because I beat myself up after the smallest hiccup in my diet plan.
And, your girls' night sounds like sooooo much fun! I need to find some friends like that :) emoticon emoticon
