I'm feeling more optimistic today. I started the day off with a glass of water. I found I can add my daily vitamin to my food tracker, so the trace mineral count is going up. If you take a vitamin don't forget to add it to your tracker. Many of the brands are listed in the pull-down menu.
I started wearing my hiking boots yesterday so I can get used to them before going far from the house.
