Feel really disappointed in myself, i have gained 20 lbs in 5 weeks, since being unemployed, i try to eat the right things, but my husband says i do eat alot, I feel I don't. I am in menopause, hypothyroid, and just laying around on the couch, being a couch potatoe, I started the slim fast diet, w/a scoop whey protein n berries, for breakfast and lunch, tonite I will have a salad with lean chicken, I know I have to start doing some physical activity. wish me will. all comments will be appreciated. emoticon
