I am on week 6 and not getting the results I was hoping for.
I have totally given up pop and junk food, I eat smaller portions, and I am making really good choices.
And I am still only down 7.6 pounds
I have been going to the gym at least 4 times a week.
People are telling me it is because I am doing weights along with my cardio. Which is all great, I just wish it would start to show.
I am not going to give up and I do feel better, but if anyone can shed some insight into this, I wish they would tell me !
