I use to say rest, but I found that if I rest on Sunday I'm slow the rest of the week, it's like Sunday is my KICK IT OFF day!!!

So this morning I woke up hit the gym and kicked it up a notch just for good standing!!!
So this morning lets wake up spark sisters and brothers ready to take on the week, let KICK IT UP and do the things we need to do, so at the end of the day you can say " Yeah I did it", not "Wish I had not slept the day away"
