Day 76 of 100 day challenge:
I continue to drink my water everyday. I have increased my fitness minutes and am doing a variety of exercise. I continue to track my food which is really helping me see what I am putting or not going to put in my mouth. I have increased my vegetable intake. I am looking forward to the warmer weather.
