Lots of people asked about info on the Lyn-Genet Plan.
The book is called "the Plan" by Lyn-Genet Recitas, I got it on my Kindle through Amazon, where the first couple of chapters are available for free (click on"look inside")

This is my favorite salad (chopped salad)
The meals are a little different from what I was used to eating - loads of vegetables, especially the first 3 days but then the fun starts by introducing "test foods" every other day. I found that I now crave my salads and soups and the flax seed granola has become quite addictive.
The best thing about this (apart from the weight loss! of course) is finding out what foods work with your body and which cause inflammation. Every body is different and has different reactions. The scale is your friend here - it tells you if the food you introduced the day before works for you or not.
