Lots of people asked about info on the Lyn-Genet Plan.
The book is called "the Plan" by Lyn-Genet Recitas, I got it on my Kindle through Amazon, where the first couple of chapters are available for free (click on"look inside")

This is my favorite salad (chopped salad)

The meals are a little different from what I was used to eating - loads of vegetables, especially the first 3 days but then the fun starts by introducing "test foods" every other day. I found that I now crave my salads and soups and the flax seed granola has become quite addictive.
The best thing about this (apart from the weight loss! of course) is finding out what foods work with your body and which cause inflammation. Every body is different and has different reactions. The scale is your friend here - it tells you if the food you introduced the day before works for you or not.
I love it!

    I just noticed your blog on The Plan. I saw her last night and thought that I would buy the book and try this out. Even though I am careful and chart my food every day on Sparks. I seem to be weight loss resistant. I have always thought that I am eating something that was considered healthy, but wasn't good for me.

    Still haven't started mine. We are doing Made to Crave on one of my teams next month. After it I hope to do this one. I got it by typing in the name of the book and author on my Nook shop search. Thanks for sharing. So happy your are seeing some success with it. emoticon

    I'm almost positive that this book was on Dr. Oz with the author a month or so ago. It sounded really interesting.
