Another Sunday

Yep...today is another day. Another day to eat right. Another day to move your body and feel better. Another day to spend some time meditating for your mental health. Another day to make some plans for the coming week. Another day to spend some time with your loved ones.

Today I am going to prep some food for the coming week...do some upper body weight training...do W3D1 of the C25K on the treadmill...finish up some laundry....sit on the porch and watch the rain fall and glory in the wonders of nature...play chase through the house with the boys...relax in my recliner and watch a good movie...and anything else I can think of.

Today is another day to live, and I am going to live it to the fullest.
