I weighed myself today and I'm still 79,6kg. Am I glad that I gave myself a peptalk just a few days ago!
I still feel great. I measured myself and I lost:
4cm around my waist
4cm around my hips
3cm around my thighs
1cm around my arm
I've been doing a lot of strength training so the fact that the scales didn't move might be because of that. Or maybe because I was just a bit heavier today, and might be lighter again tomorrow. Weight fluctuates too much for me to let it determine my emotions. So it's great to see progress in the measurements where it matters.
I just came back from my 25 minute run and it went so well!
This has been a good week. Looking forward to the next one!
