So it's that time of the week, checking in and seeing what progress we made this week. So here is the tally
1. 1.8 lb loss for the week.
2. 1 inch loss in my hips
2. .5 inch loss in my waist
I awoke feeling a little bloated and crabby so can't say I honestly am Feeling the happy feelings that usually go with feeling accomplished, but a step forward (and downward) is a step to be Celebrated. I have my meal planned out for the day and my exercise already logged (so I HAVE to do it right) just to be sure I don't let my crabby mood derail my intentions. I am an emotional eater so my moods are my most dangerous enemy. I will luckily be packing most of the day and it seems the sun is peeking out here so being busy, getting some music going, and letting the sunshine in will hopefully cure this crab attack in short order.
for the progress if I am not really feeling it right now and reminder to myself to keep my Eye on the Prize and not let my moody self derail me!!
