What do you want to change?
I want to making healthy choices a lifestyle, so down the road, I don't have to put too much effort into planning. I want to make a habit of being more active and adding fruits and veggies into my menu wherever I can. I want to be able to strengthen my knee muscles so I can do more exercises without worry of reinjury and lower my cholesterol level naturally.
How do you want to look?
I want to look more athletic and I don't want to limp anymore :)
How do you want to feel?
I want to feel energetic and encouraged.
What things will you be able to do in the future with a slimmer healthier body?
I will be able to get back into Step Aerobics, and walk faster, and do Zumba classes without worry of busting my knees.
