Ahhhh!!! Plateaus and Backslides

Hi all, well today is a new day and I am definitely ready for it. I stepped on the scale and was so disappointed to see 15 pounds back on, but it is not like I don't know where it came from. If you remember my last blog I was so happy to have lost a tough four pounds that I think I have been over celebrating and definitely not sticking with a healthy workout. So today I have started with my SparkCoach for plateau busting and I am hitting the trail with my daughters and our dog; walking, walking and more walking. They love it and I need it. So to all my Sparkfamily, keeping moving, believing and achieving. Happy Sunday!!

    Love hiking the trails here, kind of takes me away and clears my head. It's like getting out of town without leaving. lol Enjoy the time with your daughters. Happy Sunday to you too.
