Week 2 Review

Another week down! The week went really fast. Work is just so busy right now. It is always busy, but right now I feel I can't breathe. There is just so much going on. I feel like I should just move my bed into my classroom and live there since I spend so much time in that school. Kindergarten really shouldn't be this stressful. Being busy, however, is actually a good thing when it comes to dieting. I don't have time to think about food.
Week 2 went really well. I am really getting into the cooking thing. 2 weeks ago I never cooked. I ate everyting out of a microwave. It was all heat and eat! The last 2 weeks I planned what I wanted to make and carried through and cooked each night. I am feeling so much more full eating non processed foods even though I am eating less calories.
I lost 1.4 lbs. My goal for this week was to lose 2lbs, but at least it is a loss. I guess weight loss is really hard after turning 40!
I continued to struggle with my diet soda addiction. It was better and I did drink a little less diet soda, but I am far from getting off soda entirely. I will keep at it.
Week 3 goals:
I basically have the same goals as last week. I am determined to get out of the 180's on the scale and back in the 170's. Hopefully I can lose another 1.5 pounds this week.
