Weight goal

My goal is to lose about 1 lb. a week. I figure that if I set myself on that goal I should be able to be back down to my goal weight by fall of this year. Slow and steady & hot by Halloween!

I can do this!

    Your goal sounds very reasonable.... just keep in mind that even if the scale doesn't show the numbers you want for a week or so that doesn't mean you're not making changes!!! Keep on keeping on!!
