For the past 5 weeks I have been at a standstill, weight wise. However, last week broke that spell, I gained 1 lb. While I feel somewhat disappointed, there were certain successes that will result in some serious weight loss in the future. I have tried to work on different areas of my bad nutritional habits, for the past 2 weeks with great success. Week one goals were to eat peanut butter just once daily (for breakfast with a banana) and stay away from chocolates. Those goals were met. Week two goals (in addition to the goals for week one) were to eliminate white flour and consume at least 64 ounces of water. Those goals were met. This coming week will be the toughest to date. The goals are portion control and to consume only wine with supper. In the past, I have enjoyed at least one dirty martini a week. So, if I stick to these 6 lofty nutritional goals, and continue with my exercise regimen, I should be reporting some positive results this coming week. HOOAAA!!
