Update and weigh in

Got to weigh in yesterday and my weight is up a pound and a half just since wednesday, so it's definitely not a real gain. I, yet again, didn't bother logging it. Will be glad when I can get back to logging my weight. I'm back to having issues with figuring out how much daylight time I have to take a walk. Misjudged my daylight time yesterday and thought I didn't have enough time when in actuality I could've gotten in a 2 mile walk UGH!! So I didn't get in my usual walks. Will know better from now on and am glad the amount of daylight time is increasing.

Did spend the time though finishing up a project on a fiber spinning wheel as my mom wants me to bring over my wheel today so I can start spinning some of her fiber for her since she's already got 2 projects on her 2 wheels. She's got a challenge to make a project for that will be judged in May and I'm supposed to help her with it and that's what this fiber is for.

Yesterday's burn below:

45 minutes calisthenics
3.9 miles walked

total burned: 447

Have been working this past week on the amount of veggies that I eat...making sure I meet my veggie requirements. Have done pretty well, hubby thinks I'm weird as he doesn't like veggies and he doesn't realize that his veggie intake has been increased some too. Several things this week I added diced onions and tomatoes and even mushrooms to.

    Spinning!!! I love everything fiber related - I am an avid knitter and have done a teeny bit of spinning. Love that you and your mom are working on that together!

Ya . . when I have a gain or a maintain . . . I've stopped logging it here. Because when I re-lose that weight, it shows as a loss and I really don't want that announced as a loss if I am re-losing it.

I love tracking here because it has helped me managed the plateaus and fluctuations with more confidence.

    I LOGGED MY WEIGHT GAIN IN JANUARY AND WON'T AGAIN UNTIL I LOSE WHAT I WANT TO LOSE. emoticon emoticon

    I love sneaking more veggies into my life, and as a "side effect" into my husband's. He hates them but is curious....
