Dr. Jeb

Sunday, February 10, 2013

Life is full of bumps, bruises, aches and sprains. I'm a hiker, a runner, and an active person. After 57 yeaqrs on Planet Earth, I've had more than my share of minor and major injuries. I couldn't stay active without some help from my chiropractor, Dr. Jeb of Evolution Chiropractic & massage in Keene, NH.

I have never broken a bone, but I have twisted, pulled and strained lots of muscles. Taking time to visit my chiropractor puts my body back into alignment so that I am able to stay active. Stopping in to his office every few months is the best thing that I can do to stay active.

Growing up as the second of six children, my parents did not take us to the chiropractor. I suffered through many minor pains, and carried some of them into my adult years. Chiropractic care has cured them. I was involved in a car accident, and was left with lower back pain. Chiropractic care has also taken care of that injury as well.

If you've never been to a chiropractor, give it a try! It will straighten you out, and your quality of life may improve as mine has.

I saw Capcodlight had commented on your blizzard blog and saw this one while I was visiting your page too. I totally agree about Chiropractic care!! I have been going most of my life. My Mom started me going when I was a teen. Have had many injuries and they have helped me through them all over the years. I have a fantastic one now here in FL! Going this week as matter of fact!
Love the photos!!! You look very adventurous!! emoticon

I agree, a chiropracter saved my life. Without him I would have had no life at all. Great person and skilled as well.

I'm lucky that my husband's insurance covers chiropractic. I see mine pretty regularly as well - every 3-4 weeks - and consider it maintenance as I do seeing my dentist.

I love your pictures, and your goals of sumitting the high mountains of NE - you're well on your way!

My husband too, sings the praises of his Chiropractor. Says, he wishes he had discovered the benefits of Chiropathy when he was in his 20's..

My chiro practises NUCCA chiro. I don't get cracked just works on the upper part of the spine and it in turn fixes othe areas. Right now he does small adjustments but is putting me into a stretching machine, trying to keep my S1 from narrowing more. I have degeneration, herniation in all my Ls and narrowing in S1. Oh well also going to massage cos right nowe the pain is in my waist radiating to sides and butt ( not sciatica) he too has topped massage and is doing myofacsial release and stretching. So hopefully some day i will have a day without pain or a night with total sleep!!!

I see my chiropractor fairly regularly as well. I love going there. I come out feeling so much better, and going regularly keeps me from being out of alignment and in a lot of pain

Fully agree. I was blessed enough to have our own when we were young (family friend) I always have believed they are unsung heroes with so much to offer us that general practitioners do not. Like nutritional education and or knowledge.
Nice blog and great pics!
