Fighting back

Sunday, February 10, 2013

Firstly thank you guys for your support and kinds words on my last blog I really appreciated them, it helped to know other people were thinking of me. xx

So today I'm feeling much better, the lab results say no more infection emoticon , the side effects from the anti-biotics seem to be all gone emoticon and for the past 5 days I have been back to my "instinctive" eating.
I also have a different kind of pass for work and can start (when the weather permits) walking to work and back, I don't mind getting wet on the way home but arriving for work soaked is a no no. I'm really looking forward walking in emoticon

WOW what a difference a week makes my last blog I was very downhearted and dispirited, (not at all like me) today I am full of optimism.
I offered my problems up to a higher power emoticon and received my answer

AND I have lost weight, the scale suggest 1.2lbs but as I had "omitted" to put the extra .8 of a lb gain on there the other week emoticon I have actually lost 2lbs . emoticon

Ha ha -- NO WAY! If you don't show the gain you can't count the loss either ... no ma'am ... I'm not going for it.
