A very creative title, I know. But I need to get caught up and it's getting late.
So for #6 List YOUR reasons/excuses on why YOUR diets and exercise plans have not been well executed in the past. Give 3 or 4 reasons and for each write a strategy that will keep you on track for 8 weeks.
My eating and exercising has always been good for the most part. The only area I've failed in is portion control. I so despise calorie counting.
Another reason is social eating. I'm still working on how I can eat with others and not overdo it. Tomorrow I will be eating with others so I've already scratched bfast off the list. Hoping to do a walk in the a.m. and then attend this brunch (another church related function.) I'm going to have to take video, because the food will be most excellent.
Strategy for 1st reason, COUNT CALORIES! Even when I have to guess, because I'm eating some homemade dish and don't know what it consists of, still count! This is important, because when I don't guess count, I have a tendency to overeat because I don't "see" how many calories I've already consumed.
Strategy for 2nd reason, eat mainly veggies on days when I'm in social gatherings. Raw salads specifically. Drink lots of water before hand. Skip meals to balance. Exercise more on those days!!!!
Assignment #7 was to take measurements. Funny, once again I did something before I knew it was assigned. This morning I just felt the need to measure. So, I'll post the pictures from my app and I've already posted the measurements on SP.
