I finally got in a week of regular workouts
I'm a bit slower (running)
And a bit weaker (ST)
But I'm definitely back to being able to workout.
I have next week planned and posted:
And the best part is that I will physically be able to DO the plan.
With the exception of the Thursday 5K outdoors.
That will depend on the weather.
If it's crappy I'll be doing it at the gym, but it WILL get done!
I'll also be doing 20 crunches a day, courtesy of the Sole Sparkers weekly challenge
