This past week or so I have been struggling. It starts out slowly, then turns into not tracking food and over eating.
I was gone most of the day for several days a week ago. That meant grabbing very cheap fast food for me and the kids. I still was doing ok, despite the food because I was on the go and active. But, the habits of over eating started setting in...and next I know I'm just eating without tracking.
So, I gained a couple of pounds. But, tomorrow morning I am going to weigh myself and start again...I hope. I writing this to try to add that accountability to remind me to stay on track.
I also have more motivation. Tonight, I decided in May I am driving up to western NY to visit my dad! I am around 220 now. I want to be at or below 200 when I leave! I know I can do it...if I can stay focused.
