Got to get back

This past week or so I have been struggling. It starts out slowly, then turns into not tracking food and over eating.

I was gone most of the day for several days a week ago. That meant grabbing very cheap fast food for me and the kids. I still was doing ok, despite the food because I was on the go and active. But, the habits of over eating started setting in...and next I know I'm just eating without tracking.

So, I gained a couple of pounds. But, tomorrow morning I am going to weigh myself and start again...I hope. I writing this to try to add that accountability to remind me to stay on track.

I also have more motivation. Tonight, I decided in May I am driving up to western NY to visit my dad! I am around 220 now. I want to be at or below 200 when I leave! I know I can do it...if I can stay focused.

    No hoping, you can do it! You're worth it and you can do. Your goal is reasonable and you'll feel awesome when you step on that scale and it reads 199! emoticon can't you see it? Envision that number everyday and you can do it! I'm wishing you all the best.

    If you do love yourself enough, know you can do it.
It is a matter of self esteem and wanting to improve your health, and a matter of not fooling ourselves, right?

    You really can do it. You have a goal and you can do it. Its a realistic goal, too.

I have been very faithful in tracking my food. UNfortunately, I am shoving way too much stuff in my face. Gotta work on that. So we can do this. emoticon emoticon emoticon

  Stay on Track. You Can Do It. Put a Picture on your Dad on the Refrigerator, by your bed, in the bathroom or where You want to remind You of Your Goal. Hopefully that will help. We are here for You. Keep It Up. God Blessings to You and Everyone on this Lord's Day. Enjoy It. Take Care.

You will get it all worked out. You have the perfect mindset. Don't let the scale ever effect your progress. It's a liar emoticon . I use it to get a feel to wear I am but my clothes is the biggest measurement for me that tells me that I'm losing weight and inches. I'm sure you will make that trip also. Keep moving forward and know that you CAN and you WILL! God is on your side and He will never let you go.
