Ideal Protein Week 4

I lost 5.6lbs this week for a total of 24.6 in 4 weeks! And I'm in the 200s at my clinic!
WARNING - TMI coming up! I had the heaviest period I have ever had in a very long time (15+ years). Apparently estrogen is stored in fat so when you're breaking down the fat, you're also releasing estrogen. I guess this will continue for as long as I'm losing weight - great. I was very emotional this week too - up and down and a few tears.
Thank goodness for my mom, she is my biggest support. Even though I moved across the country, we still talk every day and she is my rock.
I have figured out that I prefer the pre-made IP drinks, but I'm annoyed that the flavours I like only come in 6 packs. I got to the end of the week and ran out of my usual drinks, so I had the peach-mango drink, which is good, but I find it doesn't mix well. There was always chunks left in my mixer and it gets really foamy. So this week I bought 4 packages of drinks along with my snack. Better to have some extra on hand, just in case.
I am really starting to feel a difference in my clothes, which is exciting.
I had a one slip up this week, but I'm proud that I didn't let it ruin the week or even the day. I realized that I have never once considered giving up on this diet. I am going to keep at it until I'm done! Granted, I'm not really sure when that will be, since I've never been at a healthy weight as an adult, but I'll worry about my final goal after I deal with the 200s
