Today I tried a top on that I wore 3 months ago at the same weight I am now, and today, it was so much looser on me!
I've been everywhere from 191-182.8 in the past three months and am currently sitting around 187-188. I would love to be at 175 by my half marathon on April 13. That would be 100 pounds gone in about 16 months.
That will require me to lose 13 pounds in 9 weeks. That is a VERY achievable goal. However, one of those weeks will be on Spring Break so I'll have to be mindful not to undo the progress I'll make before then.
So my goals for the remainder of February:
[ ] NO Pop.
[ ] Continue training for the half, running at least 3 times a week. Get at least some type of fitness in every day.
[ ] Work on only snacking on fruits and veggies only.
[ ] Try to make at least one meal a week that makes leftovers for 3 more meals.
[ ] Shoot for 1.5 pound loss per week.
[ ] Record everything I eat. Instead of not tracking when I know I've gone over. Take responsibility for slip ups big and small.
I am going to try and check this list daily, and post a blog about it. So get on my page and yell at me if I don't please! Keep me accountable!
