Day 162, Loving Yourself Healthy

I'm tired. It was a wonderful day of relax and just taking it easy. However, it's late & I need to go to bed.
My food caloric range was mid-range and my exercise was low. I feel good about my program. I have been really focused and have had no issues of eating emotionally.
