The one good thing about still being up is that I almost 4got to write this blog; so I have about 29 minutes. Feeling rushed I have to get this done.
Today is my day off from exercise; except for walking. Tomorrow I will ride my bike to the gym to go to my wsls zumba class. I m starting to get use to our new zumba instructor. i . To just have so much trouble getting the routine down. But another one of the contestants told me to look in the mirror behind us to follow the instructor n it might help me some. Like playing follow the leader; the instructor faces us n we r suppose to mirror her moves. I will try the suggestion 2morrow anything that can help me. i know that I will totally enjoy the class once I learn the moves.
Presently cooking in the crock pot is a corn beef brisket stew with a spicy mustard; brown sugar, tomato sauce. Its smells sooo good but I will b trying not to eat it as I just realized how much sodium is in the brisket. So I guess I will b having some italian style turkey sausage.
