1. Staying off the computer while eating.

Did well. Until I decided to binge. Then I got on the computer.

2. Repeating my mantras & practicing breathing techniques, once each during morning, afternoon, and night.

3. Practicing visualizations [force field, safe place], twice daily.

5. Strength training.

    Keep going.
    Maybe you could name the first goal 'eat without distraction' or 'eat with attention' or 'mindful eating'? That would maybe help set your mind towards something to DO instead of directing it towards something you 'should not do'.
    I know that when I tell myself 'do NOT do this' the first thing I start to long for is doing just that thing! I'm like a toddler in that way! lol
