1. Staying off the computer while eating.
Did well. Until I decided to binge. Then I got on the computer.
2. Repeating my mantras & practicing breathing techniques, once each during morning, afternoon, and night.
3. Practicing visualizations [force field, safe place], twice daily.
4. Watching 2 FatLoser.com videos
5. Strength training.
