I just saw a Sparker asking for advice.
"What am I doing wrong?" the Sparker wailed.
I open up her meal tracker...and she has a coke for breakfast every morning.
Who has COKE for breakfast? It's not even a diet coke! (Not that diet makes it any better, really.)
I won't even go into the rest of her meals...because I've already been too judgmental and feel a little guilty about that.
I think I'm going to change all of my nutrition tracker info to show that I eat two cups of refined sugar three times a day and that I wash it down with sweet tea. Then I will ask others....
"What am I doing wrong?!"
