And hiding NEVER works....

So 13 days ago was the last I had been on SparkPeople....NOT my smartest move. I was down and had pretty much given up when I saw my lack of weight loss...then proceeded to start gaining weight again....ugh dumb dumb dumb move.

I had stopped exercising and tracking my food.

Lessons learned:
*once one starts exercising falls in love with it....yes in stop exercising means one has lost the love of their life

*once one stops exercising one's sleep just sucks

*once one decides to yo-yo between healthy eating and eating plain's stomach will rebel....rebel something horrible

Time to stop moping and start moving my butt again. Thank you all for the love and support.

    Great lessons to learn. I have only just realized that perfection is not achievable and, if i slip, I can attempt to forgive myself and move forward. Hang in there.
