So 13 days ago was the last I had been on SparkPeople....NOT my smartest move. I was down and had pretty much given up when I saw my lack of weight loss...then proceeded to start gaining weight again....ugh dumb dumb dumb move.
I had stopped exercising and tracking my food.
Lessons learned:
*once one starts exercising regularly....one falls in love with it....yes in LOVE...to stop exercising means one has lost the love of their life
*once one stops exercising one's sleep just sucks
*once one decides to yo-yo between healthy eating and eating plain crap.....one's stomach will rebel....rebel something horrible
Time to stop moping and start moving my butt again. Thank you all for the love and support.
