Ingredients

10 oz coffee decaf. or regular



4 oz fat free vanilla ice cream
no calorie sweetener to taste

Tips


For a cho.frapp. use 2 tsp.-1Tbs Cho Carnation inst. breakfast ( s.f. .cocoa makes it gritty) & 1 tsp. sf chocolate syrup. Top with sf Redi Whip if desired.


Directions

Put 2 scoops ff vanilla ice cream in a 16 oz cup. Fill cup with cold coffee

Also good hot

Serving Size: 1 16 oz cup.
