Yesterday was a pretty good day. I ate within calories (high end). I drank my water. I got in my minimum cardio. I was low on steps, but my average for the week is above the target. I was totally exhausted last night so I went to bed early.

1. Log into SP, track, SparkCoach - done
2. Maintain streaks - done
3. Burned about 133 calories
4. 10,000 steps per day: > 7062
5. 100 push-ups program – I’m going to try the test and see how my wrist does
6. Weekly goal: FOCUS - OK. Need to do better at work
