The sun has gone down on the 2nd day of my Anti-Inflammatory Diet and all is well. Though I began the day with a migraine that gained strength as the day went on, I am good to go this evening. Migraine gone! It did however prevent me from exercising, but tomorrow is another opportunity. I think the migraine may have been due to my body adjusting to a lack of caffeine & getting rid of toxins. I'll check with my nutrition coach if I have one tomorrow. No worries.
Breakfast & lunch were the same as yesterday. That made it easy.
Once again unexpected company delayed my lunch, throwing my dinner a little later. If it happens again, I think I'll invite them to join me & explain that I have to eat. lol. Both days the visitors wanted to hear about my Leaky Gut Repair (diet healing inflammation in my intestinal tract). I have been amazed at how full I've been each day. No hunger, food very tasty! Just before dinner I had some Kombucha Tea (gingerade flavor)...Mmmmmmm!
Dinner was delish! Baked chicken, steamed brussels sprouts, roasted butternut squash with a sprinkling of cinnamon. Mmmmmmmm - Mmmmmmmm! Now I'm full. May have some hot herbal tea a little later.
Other than the migraine, I'm feeling great. See ya tomorrow.
