I agreed to to do 4 miles a day or 28 miles a week. It is the first time I set a goal with an exercise buddy. I am both greatfull that I made the commitment and totally angry about it. I am grateful, because on days like today I would not have done any cardio if I had not agreed to it. So why am I angry? Because I like to do some workouts that have nothing to do with miles. Tomorrow I want to do my
weight circuit, but I will need to get in 4 miles also. Grr.
Yes I will do both. I need the weights and I committed to do the miles.
