Actually worked out today

I am incredibly unfit, but still I gave the 20 Minute Seated Resistance Band workout a try. Wow! That was hard work! Some of the moves I just could not do at all, because I did not have the range of motion needed. Still, I worked hard enough that I was breathing heavily and was really wiped out afterward.

And yet, I am only credited with having burned 72 calories! It just felt like a lot more work than that!

    Yea for you. You do realize that you are a little more fit that you were before. You are right how a work out feels and the suggested calorie burn often seen totally out of sync. Just keep doing something and you will be more flexible and stronger. The extra plus if the great feeling of by golly I did it. emoticon
