I am incredibly unfit, but still I gave the 20 Minute Seated Resistance Band workout a try. Wow! That was hard work! Some of the moves I just could not do at all, because I did not have the range of motion needed. Still, I worked hard enough that I was breathing heavily and was really wiped out afterward.
And yet, I am only credited with having burned 72 calories! It just felt like a lot more work than that!
