Day 9

It's my mama's birthday, she is about 3 1/2 hours north of me right now, normally she is about 11, I'm going to go see her tomorrow. She has been in cocktail/finger food mode all weekend with her friends while on vacation. Hopefully she doesn't try to steer me away from my healthy eating. She already knows I'm being strict, so I'm sure she won't discourage me.

My weigh in was exactly as expected, 4lbs, 1.3% body fat. Goal for next week: 8lbs, 2% body fat.

I hit the gym today but had to dip out early. I'm a sucker for wings since I was in the womb. They had a customer appreciation party and I had to dip out or I would not have survived after the aroma filled the air. I got my workout in for the most part, it kinda drove me to go faster so the treadmill was sped up just a smidge.

All in all, everything was good today. Tomorrow I get to drive the 3 1/2 hours. Protein bar anyone? :-P
