Trying to catch up here:
What works best for me my little trick is using a salad plate for my meals once you weigh and measure your food portion size seems really - really small on a dinner plate So I have been using a salad plate for years now except for the holiday meals Thanks Giving & Christmas and Easter
Reasons / excuses on why my diets and exercise plans have not been well executed in the past. This was answered back in September 2012 same 2 reasons In the past I always went on this journey because someone else was forcing me to do so it never was for ME and I am the most important reason to do this It was to done to be accepted and loved by someone else.
Once I got to goal weight I went back to my old ways I thought this journey had an end date healthy life style has no end date this is a never ending journey I'm in it now for the rest of my life

A new excuse is I don't have the time which in all reality isn't 100% true I just don't have the hours available I prefer to hit the gym at I'm working longer hours so I need ot make adjustment in my gym time. Just be more flexible
No more excuses !
