So, I'm getting back on the bandwagon once again. The Spark bandwagon. I'm currently at my heaviest weight and plan to document my progress. I'm going to do at least a mile a day, but if I can't one day, I won't give up. I'll continue the next day. That's one of my big problems. If I fail, it seems to be a downward spiral. I'm changing that today. I don't want to hit that 200 lb mark, and I'm one pound away. Yikes.
I was looking at my old blog post from last year, and dang I looked amazing. I still do, but I definitely gained a little bit, 15 lbs to be exact. FYI: I'm 5'10, so it tends to distribute okay for me. In the last year, I got a lovely desk job, which is the worst thing to do for your health. I was drinking soda and energy drinks to stay awake. Extra calories in drinks adds up. I ate the cafeteria food because I was too lazy to make my own.
Today, everything changes. I got my Fitbit One and it is a motivator for sure. I jogged/walked 2.5 miles and did a leg and ab workout a mile in. I'm going to start eating better, smaller portions, and more water. Ready to get back to being a better me :)
