-Actually burned more than my week's Calories Burned goal
-Average of 8 glasses a water drunk per day

I went over my calories yesterday. But considering it doesn't happen often- and it was the 1st time this week I'd say that was still pretty good. I learned my lesson anyways!

    that is great! yes, sometimes it takes us a long time to learn lesson but the fact that you learned is the main thing
