My boyfriend is my inspiration and my one man support group. He doesn't think that I need to go on a diet or lose weight but he is helping me accomplish my goals for the simple fact he truly loves me and believes in me. I want to lose weight for several reasons; to become healthier, to tighten up my flab, to have a flat stomach, to have a smaller waist and thighs, I want to gain more self confidence in my self, I want to believe in myself and love myself like my amazing boyfriend loves me. I believe that my losing weight will make me happier, give me self confidence and also make my relationship better.
