I've been hovering around 211-212 for about 3.5 weeks now, but this morning I weighed in at 210.4 - and after Jiu Jutsu class I weighed 206.6 - which went back up to 210.6 after eating lunch and rehydrating. I'm thinking (or at least I'm hoping) that my body is ready to get off this plateau and lose more weight. I'm crossing my fingers for a good weigh-in on Monday. I'm feeling good (except for the after workout muscle aches - good thing I took an Aleve before class). I commuted by bike to work three days this past week. And I am Atkins all the way.
