I've been hovering around 211-212 for about 3.5 weeks now, but this morning I weighed in at 210.4 - and after Jiu Jutsu class I weighed 206.6 - which went back up to 210.6 after eating lunch and rehydrating. I'm thinking (or at least I'm hoping) that my body is ready to get off this plateau and lose more weight. I'm crossing my fingers for a good weigh-in on Monday. I'm feeling good (except for the after workout muscle aches - good thing I took an Aleve before class). I commuted by bike to work three days this past week. And I am Atkins all the way.

Wish me luck for my Monday weigh-in.

  I hope you've finally jumped off the plateau.Sometimes just shaking things up a little fools your body and it starts giving up the weight again. Good luck.

    Good luck! Sometimes it takes a few weeks for your body to get its act together. To encourage it to get a move on make sure you drink enough water.
