I know I have 120 pounds to lose, but I have decided to change my goal and start small. So I changed my ticker. My first goal is to get under 200 pounds. Seeing 61 pounds to lose is lot easier to stomach then 120. Once I reach 199 I will change my ticker to my next goal weight.
I am happy with the last few weeks. I have been good with tracking my food and increasing my fitness. I am adding on a few minutes extra of cardio each week. I pulled out all of my fitness DVDs and wiped the dust off. I did taebo today and it kicked my butt. My sister is letting me borrow her Turbo jam set and I am very excited about using it. Going to be busy this up coming week! Have a good week everyone!
