Changed my Ticker!

I know I have 120 pounds to lose, but I have decided to change my goal and start small. So I changed my ticker. My first goal is to get under 200 pounds. Seeing 61 pounds to lose is lot easier to stomach then 120. Once I reach 199 I will change my ticker to my next goal weight.
I am happy with the last few weeks. I have been good with tracking my food and increasing my fitness. I am adding on a few minutes extra of cardio each week. I pulled out all of my fitness DVDs and wiped the dust off. I did taebo today and it kicked my butt. My sister is letting me borrow her Turbo jam set and I am very excited about using it. Going to be busy this up coming week! Have a good week everyone!

    Smaller goals are good! You might even start with a quarter of 120 (30) and see how good it feels to make that goal. emoticon

    I did the same thing only I did my in increments of 20 pounds so you are braver than I am!!

    Thank you everyone! I am loving the feedback. This is why I love sparkpeople, everyone on here understands the journey and gives such awesome advice. I have decided to downsize my goal even more, and change my ticker for every 5 pound loss. Thanks a bunch!

    I totally agree. I do the same thing with my ticker. I like on of your blog comments that say they set the goal at 5 pounds and that is it. That might be the way to go too.
Taebo is so much fun! I love my Billy Blanks.Hope you have a great workout with Turbo Jam as well.

    I always made my goals five pounds.. that is it.. after one, then the next five.. no setting me up for disappointment, no stress and great feeling of accomplishment after five pounds..

    Great idea to change your ticker. I have alot to lose to, and I have mine set to first get to 250lbs. I was 285. It helps alot. great job upping your cardio to! emoticon
