I am joining the Winter 5% challenge which is starting soon. I have gained 7 lbs since the start of the Fall 5% challenge. Not good results. And I have struggled to come up with why. But in just the past two days, I have come to have a recommitment to these challenges. I need to loose weight, and I am planning to do so in this commitment.
My assignment 1 is to on my Spark Page write up my Winter 5% Challenge Commitment. So here goes, and I will add this to my front page as well. How much and how often will you exercise? I will go to Curves at least 3 times per week, but more I am hoping to go 4 or 5.
What diet will you follow? I have just decided that I will joined Curves Complete and use their diet plan and get help from a curves coach.
How will you support your team? I plan to keep up with the team emails and will follow several of my team members blogs as I am able. I will check in with my team daily and leave a comment on the Discussion Board. On the days that I do not go to Curves I will do at least 10 minutes of exercise, and walk in place.
On my Team page I will record my daily exercise and Living the Good Life Points, and on Saturdays I will weigh in and record it.
