I never made it to SIS week 2. It's okay, there's often many circumstances that we have no control over, I also deal well (maybe too well?) with the fact that I'm a slacker. I am not hard to self-convince there is a lot better to do than what's good for me. So I dropped out.
One of the good things with me is that I never really drop completely out. I always raise from the dead and make another plan or another goal ;) So here I am, almost 10th of February making plans for the month.. hahaha :) (yes, I'm laughing at myself)
I'll start again SIS, from week 1 (omg..) and will do my 6 nights this time. Saturday will be my day off. During the week, I also want to go 5 times to the gym for some spinning, 2 out of 5 days will see some strength action as well. I'll start 2 batch of Kefir per week and we will drink it all. I will sleep and I will count my calories with MFP. I will NOT eat junk and sugar.
;) That's it.
We all know I can talk the talk.. Now let's see if I can walk the walk.
