Tough day

I did just awful today- I didn't record my food and ate a bunch of ice cream and drank sweetened iced tea (with a whole cup of sugar in it). Really tired and depressed and seem to be going backward on the housework
However, I guess it wouldn't be life if everything was perfect and it would probably get really boring .
I'm just going to have to take it one day at a time and try to do better tomorrow.

  All of us have emotional days so don't be too hard on yourself.
Just picture yourself becoming healthier and losing those extra pounds. You can do this! Find you some accountability partners who you can feel comfortable to vent those depressing moments. It helps. Please, don't throw in the towel. As you said, it is a day by day journey. It took a lifetime to be as we are today, as it will take some time to get where we need to be.

    When I have a bad day, I try to think of some form of activity to motivate that I reflect on; played with grandkids, walked around the house, etc. You seem to have really insight into your day and that will make for a better tomorrow.

    tomorrow is another day and whatever caused you to do this today will be gone and you can move on

    Hang in there. I try to stay on track, but if I had a bad day or rough week, I just determine that I will get back on track & try harder. The latter 1/2 of this past week was hard for me and I stayed at the same weight as the previous week, but I will do better this next week & try to get back on track which I started today.
