    I think its the way shows like that publicize the weight loss struggle. I used to love shows that featured weight loss. mostly HEAVY from A&E, but then I had to take a step back and realize...its made to entertain and sometimes thats just not realistic

    Me too for some reason I just can't seem to watch that show this season. It use to be motivating to me. I seem to want a snack and just sit mindlessly at the tv. I decided I need to be my own biggest loser. emoticon

It makes you nervous? You're rebelling? It hypnotizes you? You feel guilty? Idk but it would be worth researching (in your own head).

  Don't know, but I do know I am glad I go to the gym before I watch it. Then I feel virtuous while being a couch potato for that hour.
