So the week is over, and in just two days I met my weekly goal for exercise minutes and calories burned. I walked 2.15 miles so far today and I'm about to go on another walk (about another mile), to burn some more calories. Still watching my portions as well. Oh and all this exercise and progress makes me feel GREAT!! Love all the support everyone of you have given me as well. Thanks guys.
