I DID IT !!! Got through my workout without quitting. I feel really good. I'm only doing 10-15 minutes because of my bad health, but it's so important to build the blocks and building my blocks I am. Thank you !

    ONLY doing 10-15 minutes? What do you mean ONLY doing 10-15 minutes. If your health isn't what it could be, doing 10-15 minutes is HUGE deal....and it's 10-15 more minutes than couch potatoes are doing.

Your goal is 10-15 minutes of exercise, and you met your goal. I'm patting you on the back!!!! emoticon
