In six weeks, I'll be running my 5K! I ran two miles outside today without stopping! Yippee! I can't tell you how good this feels. I never ever thought I would be signing up.
I'm feeling athletic:-)
My Plan for the Big Day:
-Going to switch up my exercise routine in order to get ready for the race.
-Load up my playlist with some good running tunes
-Work with trainer
-Lose 5lbs or more before race day
-Pick up packet the day before
