Day 1: Ready to Roll

Today is the day I start my weight loss journey. I was doing so well up until my wedding in July, and then after that I fell off the wagon. Between a new job, getting our house ready to be put up for sale, moving, and grad school, I let the stress get the better of me. Now that life has calmed down a bit, I have a renewed sense of motivation!

    Good for you! In my experience, changes can certainly result in weight gain! I know I gained when I started grad school and definitely since my wedding this past october!
