So here is my first blog post ever. I am trainnig for a sprint triathlon in June, so I am going to try to blog about that experience to keep me on track. Also, I am hoping that blogging will help me avoid boredom munching. I work on the computer from home, so it can become very tedious. I do enough exercise (love the classes at the gym), but I give in to boredom too often.
Monday I will run with a friend who is an instructor at the gym. My longest run so far has been just 10 minutes. I am planning to run for about 15 minutes on Monday. Woo hoo! G
